No service on Sundays, or public holidays. Fresh bed linen every seven days. Bring own towels and dishcloths. Communal braai area on third floor.

Rules and Regulations:
No refunds for late arrival or early departure. Hand towels and bath towels are available for hire from the office at R25 per towel, definitely NOT FOR USE on the beach.
No pets allowed, unless by prior approval of Management.
Consideration for others comfort especially after 10.pm
A non-refundable administration fee of R250 payable with every booking.
All weekend bookings must be fully paid in advance.
Children of all ages welcome, but care must be taken to accompany them on the lifts and especially to the beach and amusement parks.
Camp cot available by prior arrangement at nominal fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Must be made one full calendar month prior to arrival, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for full payment of account due. Potential forfeited deposit cannot be transferred to another time, unless a suitable candidate has been found for the full cancelled period.
