The Claridges consists of an upmarket olde-world style block of twenty units overlooking Ramsgate main beach. Enjoy our secure environment, and all this area has to offer … scenic walks, two safe beaches, two lagoons, ski boat launch, beach pool, your choice of popular restaurants, and two pubs, all within five minutes walk! Claridges borders onto the lagoon, but does not have lagoon access. From the property to the beach is about 100 metres. Park your car and enjoy all this beautiful area offers!
The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, an open plan lounge, kitchen area. Both the bedroom and lounge have panoramic views across Ramsgate Blue Flag Beach, lagoon and out to sea. A secure parking for one vehicle is provided and the unit has a safe. Both the bedroom and lounge are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove and oven, large fridge with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Linen is changed every 5th day and one bath towel is provided per person.
Items to bring to make your stay more comfortable include beach towels, toilet rolls & toiletries, charcoal, and foodstuffs.
DOROTHY, our housekeeper, sometimes does personal laundry for guests in her free time.
This is not part of her daily servicing, if you require this service please discuss fees with Dorothy.
