Accommodation at Kapenta Bay consists of 50 three bedroom, 2 bathroom suites. Each suite consists of a master bedroom with a queen sized double bed, the second bedroom with a standard double bed and the third bedroom fitted with two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with the second having a shower with a separate toilet.

Each suite has an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a lounge area fitted with satellite television. An open air balcony leads off the lounge with unobstructed views over the Indian Ocean. Accommodates six people in two double-bedded and one twin-bedded rooms. Two bathrooms one with bath and other with shower. Spacious living area. Private balcony with lavish ocean views.

The fully equipped conference centre comprises the three Grosvenor suites which can accommodate groups of up to 300 delegates and the Fairfax suite which is designed for smaller groups up to 60 delegates. All conference units are fully equipped with all standard conference equipment as well as Data Projection.
