SKOOL
More or less 3000 students visits us per year for
sport tours, training and holiday camps,
church and youth camps, etc.
Private schools are welcome during their holidays.
Coaching and competitions can be arranged.
Tours are
tailor made according to needs of different schools
and groups.
January:
Holiday camps, Student
camps, Athletics, etc..
April:
Rugby, Netball, Hockey
and Soccer - Matches and cources. Gary Teichman,
Mark Andrews and several Springboks assisted with
rugby; Rita vd Spuy, Charlotte Schoeman, Isabel
Harmse with netball Hockey Academy Madsen, Susan
Wessels, Braam v Wyk with hockey.
June:
Golf, Cricket,
Softball and other tours. Cricket coaches visited us
were Mickey Arthur (current Protea coach), Corrie v
Zyl, Johan Volsteedt.
September:
7's Rugby, Golf,
Church camps and any other tours. Famous
personalities of karate: Stan Schmidt, Johan Roets,
etc. Frans Kruger, Kaai Preller, etc. for athletics.
December:
Holiday camps and
swimming camps Previous visitors include Rocco
Meiring, Dean Price, Natalie du Toit.

INTERNATIONAL
TOURS
We specialize in arranging international sports
teams to play rugby, cricket, soccer or any other
sport that you may wish against local teams.
We specialize in
finding accommodation and meals within your budget.
We have a very good working relationship with all
the local sports teams and will match your team with
the same quality team.
After match functions
with a difference. We specialize in
African theme evenings for international groups. Our
typical local meals and Zulu dancers are often the
talking point when back home.
TRAINING
Margate Sport School identified the desperate need
for a Sport and Recreation College that can serve
the community on a local, provincial and national
level as a youth empowerment centre.
We believe that through the development of the
youth, we are laying a strong and secure foundation
for the future.
Our mission is to supply training and coaching of
different sport codes of the highest quality to our
students, enabling them to pursue a career, improve
the quality of life and giving them the
self-confidence to be successful and become leaders
in their different communities.
We do have the capacity to present full time and
part time courses in Sports Administration NQF 4 and
various skills courses. All our courses are
accredited.
