CAT UNIT
Cat Unit has twin beds: Equipped with microwave,
fridge, kettle, and 2 plate stove. Unit is serviced daily except on
Sundays and public holidays and where a special rate has been quoted.
Linen and bath towels are provided, which are changed every 5 days.
Unit has a TV and connection for a DSTV. You must bring your own
decoder.
OWL UNIT
The Owl Unit is a open plan Unit. The Queen size
bed is separated by a cupboard. The Lounge has a two single beds and a
couch, with a dinning room table. The bathroom consists of a shower,
hand basin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 3 plate stove,
fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Tea, coffee
and sugar are supplied on arrival only. There a balcony which
overlooks the valley.
Linen is supplied except for beach towels, the linen is change every 5
days.
NEMO UNIT
NEMO is a open plan fully
equipped unit which can sleep up to 4 people. Sleeping area,
consists of a bunk bed and two single beds which can be made into
a king size bed.
The is a shower room, TV which is connected to DSTV bring your own
decoder.
Down stairs is a entertainment area, braai area and garage.
The unit is serviced except on Sundays and public holidays.
Should a special price be given there will be no service on a
Saturday. |

GENERAL
We are situated within walking distance to
Marina Beach, that has been awarded Blue Flag Status. 20 Minutes from
the South Coast Mall, and the popular Shelly Center. 15 Minutes away
from the Wild Coast Sun Casino. There are six challenging golf
courses within close proximity. We have an inland view from
the Owl balcony.
CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit of total is required and is to be
paid 7 days after request for accommodation has been requested in
order to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid in full 7 days
before arrival or in cash on arrival. For banking details please phone

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING WE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT AS
BELOW:
BEFORE 3 MONTHS 100% | 2 MONTHS 50% | 1 MONTH 25%
1 MONTH AND UNDER NO REFUND.
NB: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
