This beautifully self catering cottage with it’s colourful modern furniture has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Next to the cottage is a beautiful guest flat with a double bed and en suite facilities. The open plan dining-living area lives out onto a covered deck over looking the Southbroom beach.

The living area and guest flat each is equipped with a TV and DSTV decoder.
A well equipped spacious modern kitchen ensures easy living. The kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and complete crockery and cutlery for maximum 10 occupants.

Secure lockable shaded parking for up to four cars is provided on the premises.
The cottage has lockable safe facilities. Monitored alarm system in dwelling and flatlet.

The spacious main bedroom is en suite with and together with bedroom 2
has spectacular sea views. Bedroom 3 has a garden view.
Bedroom 2 has also got a bunker bed and share a full bathroom with bedroom 3.
A well established & maintained garden compliments the cottage.

This beautiful cottage is located on the ridge at 1447 Louisa drive, Ramsgate South
and less than 200 meter from the beach.

The cottage is about 3km from the ramsgate boulevard shopping centre travelling south on the Old Main Road R61. The unique elevated location ensures exquisite southern views on the Southbroom bay.
